Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: McDonough, GA | Savannah, GA | Jacksonville (West), FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Setting: Childcare centers and limited home-based services

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible within business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Deliver ABA services within childcare and community-based environments

• Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to support behavior management and skill development

• Provide training and guidance to classroom staff and families

• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Participate in team meetings and maintain clinical documentation

• Support early identification and intervention for developmental and behavioral challenges

Population Served

• Primary age range: 18 months to 5 years old

• Additional services may include children up to 12 years old

• Majority of cases involve early intervention and preschool-aged children

Work Model

• Primarily in-person services in childcare settings

• Limited telehealth used mainly for Parent training and Occasional supervision when necessary

• BCBAs manage their own schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize travel

• Manageable billable expectation: 25 hours a week with a 40 hour work week to provide balance for billable and non-billable responsibilities!

• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between locations

Compensation

McDonough, GA

• Starting Salary: $95,000+ annually

• Compensation scales upward based on experience

• Performance Bonus and Sign-on Bonus Available

Savannah, GA

• Starting Salary: $90,000+ annually

• Compensation scales upward based on experience

• Performance Bonus and Sign-on Bonus Available

Jacksonville, FL

• Starting Salary: $80,000+ annually

• Compensation scales upward based on experience

• Tiered compensation model based on selected billable-hour expectations

• Higher billable commitment = higher base salary potential

• Performance Bonus and Sign-on Bonus Available

Qualifications

McDonough, GA & Savannah, GA

Required:

• Active BCBA Certification

• Active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or application currently in process

• Must currently reside in Georgia

• Strong clinical decision-making and organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, caregivers, and families

Jacksonville, FL

Required:

• Active BCBA Certification

• Active Florida Medicaid Provider Number

• Comfortable managing a daycare, home-based, and clinic caseload split

• Strong clinical decision-making and organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, caregivers, and families

Preferred (All Locations)

• Experience with early intervention (18 months-5 years)

• Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services preferred

• Experience supervising RBTs

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
