Overview Fiko & Co offers part‑time work (1 hour/day) at $1–$22/month. Responsibilities Content creation: Creating interactive and innovative content for our social media platforms and for marketing campaigns in accordance with our brand. Brand promotion: Proposing new ideas and concepts for social media content and promoting the company brand to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience. Social media monitoring: Close monitoring of all company's social media platforms for trending news, ideas, memes, and feedback. Audience interaction: Responding to comments, messages, and other interactions across social media platforms to maintain a positive relationship and reputation with our valued audience. Analytics: Performing regular analysis to assess program effectiveness and report on metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management. Proven ability to build social media communities and create engaging content. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. Excellent writing and communication skills, multitasking, and analytical skills.
