Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Port to Port International is seeking a bilingual customer service representative to support our Delaware operations. This position plays a key role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a 100 percent onsite position based in New Castle, Delaware. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional work environment. Bilingual candidates only will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Process customer orders and ensure all information is accurate and complete Coordinate shipments and track deliveries, providing updates as needed Assist with dispatching and scheduling to support daily operations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and documentation Verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with company procedures Communicate effectively with internal teams including operations and dispatch Support billing processes and ensure accuracy of charges when applicable Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Compensation and Benefits: Salary based on experience and qualifications.
