JBT Machining is an advanced manufacturing company that specializes in computer numerical controlled (CNC) turning, vertical, horizontal, and 5 axis milling for short run prototyping and large quality production runs.

We are looking for a self-starter that is well versed in a variety of materials and applications, a master at troubleshooting, able to control the manufacturing process and ensure safety is always job #1!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Cut and label materials in accordance with tracking information.

• Palletizing, wrapping, and organizing materials.

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

• General skills with hand and power tools

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving and attention to detail

• The ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to routinely bend and squat

• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders, or platforms

• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods

• Ability to repetitively grasp

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

SHIFT: 1st (Monday - Thursday: 6 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 6 AM - 11 AM)
