Indiana Heart Physicians (IHP) has been delivering leading cardiovascular care since 1978, offering comprehensive services through board-certified cardiologists across multidisciplinary clinics, including cardio-oncology, heart failure, A-Fib, cardio-genetics, and structural heart. What You Can Expect

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm schedule working in a busy Cardiology practice
• In person position
• Enjoy work life balance with consistent day shift schedule and observed holidays off work
• Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and medical records to support efficient clinic operations and timely access to information
• Review and prepare charts for upcoming appointments, ensuring records are accurate and available according to scheduling timelines
• Process medical record requests, respond to phone inquiries, and maintain HIPAA compliance when handling protected health information
• Support providers, staff, and patients through accurate record management, attention to detail, and a commitment to a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred 1 year Medical Office/Medical Terminology

Travel is required: Never or Rarely
