Senior Sales Manager

A leading destination management company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Senior Sales Manager to join its Las Vegas team. This role leads local market sales efforts, managing hotel partnerships and building self-generated business across one of the most competitive DMC markets in the country. This is a hybrid role; candidates must live locally and be able to travel to meet clients and attend events.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the local market lead, building and nurturing relationships with hotels, venues, and vendors.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through both inbound referrals and proactive outreach.
• Conduct site inspections, sales presentations, and capability briefings for hotel and client partners.
• Collaborate with creative and event production teams to develop strategic, on-brand proposals.
• Own and manage KPIs, including sales conversion, market share growth, and referral performance.
• Serve as a trusted partner to national sales and local event delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Represent the brand and actively grow its presence in the Las Vegas market.

Qualifications

• Required: Proven sales success in a consultative environment; must be self-motivated, proactive, and money-motivated with a "hunter" mentality.
• Preferred: DMC experience, given the role covers a complex mix of services (logistics, activations, decor, entertainment) across hundreds of local venues rather than a single property.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally within hospitality, events, or destination management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with working knowledge of the local Las Vegas market.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
