Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 4:1, occasionally 5:1
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Complete a proctored rhythm identification test upon start (two attempts permitted; not multiple choice)

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience within the past 3 years
• Strong cardiac assessment and monitoring skills
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiac rhythm identification and interpretation
• Familiarity with high-acuity telemetry environments and associated protocols
