The anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $462,000 to $562,000 . This figure represents the starting base salary and will be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and faculty rank, with a base range of $403,000 to $461,000 . Please note that this amount does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment discussions.
