Job Overview Our Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We are actively seeking talented Clinical/Testing Psychologists in the Greater St. Louis area who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. This role offers the opportunity to provide testing services, psychotherapy, or both service lines. Benefits Flexible schedules - create your own schedule and have full autonomy over your caseload Competitive compensation model based on productivity - up to $115,000 - $140,000/year, no cap. + annual cash bonus incentive Sign-on bonus! 100% outpatient - no nights, weekends, or hospital calls Hybrid options : Telemedicine & in-person care Comprehensive benefits : W2 position, health, dental, vision, 401k w/ match, parental leave & more Modern offices , digital tools & full admin support Collegial team & strong work/life balance Qualifications Fully licensed in Missouri, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Experienced with conducting a variety of assessments with the adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
