Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and providing updates to the healthcare team.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educating patients and families on health management and wellness.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred.

Experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable. Candidates with specialized training or certifications in relevant areas will be given priority.

Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, with potential shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends based on facility needs.
