- Perform echocardiography studies across patient populations, including Echo, Doppler, Color Flow, Stress Echo, and electrocardiograms.
- Provide preliminary findings to cardiologists to support accurate interpretation.
- Engage with patients to explain procedures, address questions, and ensure comfort.
- Accurately maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Operate, maintain, and disinfect imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Track and manage necessary testing supplies.
- Safely move and position patients using proper techniques.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret diagnostic data in accordance with departmental protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular program.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in echocardiography or a related setting.
- ARDMS RDCS Adult Echo certification required; Pediatric Echo a plus.
- Current BLS certification.
- Skilled in Echo, Doppler, Color Flow, and Stress Echo.
- Strong documentation, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage workflow and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience caring for patients across a variety of age groups.
- Effective communication skills and responsiveness to patient and team inquiries.
