High-paced, high acuity rural emergency department.
Patient population includes various demographics.
Number of beds in the department is 20.
Patient ratios are typically 1:4, but may surge to 1:5.
Electronic health record system in use is Paragon.
Supervised by designated personnel.
Common diagnoses and treatments will be encountered.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Flexibility in working weekends is required; must work 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
No call requirements are in place.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
