We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, wehave a temp  Business Services Support Specialist opportunity with our local credit union client, where you're more than a title - you're a voice that matters. Essential Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Business Services and Commercial Lending teams.
• Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of business loan documentation.
• Maintain and update loan and account information within internal systems.
• Process loan payments, advances, payoffs, and account maintenance requests.
• Support loan funding activities and related documentation.
• Assist with lien filings, collateral releases, and other servicing-related tasks.
• Maintain business account records, including cash management and treasury management services.
• Respond to member and internal department inquiries regarding business accounts and loan servicing.
• Monitor and maintain required documentation, insurance records, and other compliance-related items.
• Assist with business credit card processing and account support.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Support departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and applicable federal and state regulations.

Required qualifications for the position include  :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of banking, credit union, lending, or financial services experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial services software applications.

Pay Rate Range : $25.00 - 31.00 per hour, DOE

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
