Administrative Coordinator, US Medical Affairs-Oncology Business Unit

AstraZeneca seeks an Administrative Coordinator in Gaithersburg, MD to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the US Medical Head for Breast Cancer within the Oncology Business Unit. Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate special events
• Provide administrative support, project coordination, and back-up coverage to leadership team
• Arrange domestic and international travel, handle expenses, and manage correspondence
• Produce formatted documents, presentations, and reports under tight deadlines
• Coordinate Medical Affairs Leadership Team agendas, off-sites, and national conference meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years supporting senior leaders in administrative capacity
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
• Professional interaction capability with executives at all levels

Compensation: $67,952 - $101,928 USD annual base
