We are seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician / Crew Chief with strong understanding of residential and commercial building and restoration processes. Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.Lead water damage restoration, fire and smoke mitigation, and related remediation projects Direct daily jobsite operations for technicians and subcontractors Perform and verify moisture inspections, moisture mapping, and psychrometric calculations Determine appropriate drying, cleaning, containment, and deodorization strategies in coordination with Project Management Set up, monitor, and adjust drying, filtration, and air scrubber equipment Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company SOPs Document moisture readings, equipment placement, job progress, and photos using restoration software1-3+ years of experience of building construction knowledge Demonstrated leadership or crew lead experience Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments Availability for emergency response and on-call rotationIICRC certification Bilingual in Spanish Experience with insurance-driven restoration and adjuster coordination Experience assisting with job scoping, supplements, and scope validationCompetitive compensation with overtime potential Company-supported advanced IICRC certification and leadership training Clear advancement path to Project Manager, Estimator, Operations Manager, or Senior Leadership Stable, year-round work in essential disaster recovery services Opportunity to lead meaningful projects that directly help communities recover
