Your Role & Impact

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic force behind our highest-value client relationships while actively identifying new growth avenues. You will:

• Nurture & Retain High-Value Accounts: Act as the trusted advisor to brand partners and networks, ensuring campaign longevity, account health, and high retention rates.
• Drive Business Development & Expansion: Identify untapped opportunities within existing accounts and actively hunt/onboard new direct brand relationships to build and grow your book of business.
• Manage High-Volume Workloads: Effortlessly organize and execute across a large portfolio of active accounts, staying on top of communications, reporting, billing, and caps without dropping the ball.
• Strategize & Upsell: Analyze performance metrics to prove ROI, pitch new traffic channels, and negotiate cap increases to maximize account revenue.
• Collaborate for Execution: Work alongside internal teams to ensure every campaign executes smoothly and meets strict performance benchmarks.

Who You Are

• High-Volume Account Operator: You have the organizational stamina to manage a large book of business, maintaining tight control over execution, communication, and client goals across dozens of accounts simultaneously.
• Account Growth & Biz Dev Mindset: You treat your account portfolio like your own business—constantly seeking ways to expand existing budgets while hunting net-new partner opportunities.
• Strong Written & Digital Communicator: You draft sharp, professional emails, pitch decks, and proposals. You are fully proficient with modern business tools (CRMs, Google Workspace) to manage heavy account workflows seamlessly.
• Strategic & Numbers-Driven: (preferred but we will train) You understand performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPC), unit economics, margin structures, and how to structure win-win growth plans.
• Contract & Deal Management: Proven ability to manage the contract lifecycle, from drafting Insertion Orders (IOs) to negotiating agreement terms, payment schedules, and operational parameters to ensure seamless account onboarding and compliance.
