Registered Client Service Associate

Our client, a respected wealth management firm in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Registered Client Services Associate to support daily operations and client service activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and holds the Series 66 license who’s looking to grow within a professional and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a first point of contact with visiting clients, answering client calls, and being responsible for first impressions.
• Support the financial advisory management team with scheduling, document preparation, and client follow-ups
• Maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations. Assist with account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH’s, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.

Qualifications:

• Series 66 licenses highly desired (or ability to obtain quickly upon new hire)
• Prior experience in a financial services or advisory environment preferred (ideally 2-3+ years)
• Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience with Redtail, Orion Advisor Services, and/or Charles Schwab is a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
