NetSuite Data Entry & Inventory Clerk (Temporary)

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Position Type: Temporary

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented NetSuite Data Entry & Inventory Clerk to support our team on a temporary basis. This position combines computer-based data entry with hands-on inventory verification in refrigerated/cold environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining inventory information in NetSuite, working with Microsoft Excel, and physically verifying inventory, including sausage and meat products. This position requires regularly going in and out of cold-temperature areas and wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing inventory-related duties.

Candidates do not need prior NetSuite experience. Comprehensive training will be provided during the first two weeks of employment, and bilingual English/Spanish support is available throughout the training process.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain inventory data within the NetSuite ERP system.
• Perform physical inventory counts and verify sausage, meat, and related product inventory.
• Regularly enter and exit refrigerated/cold environments to complete inventory responsibilities.
• Wear and properly use all required PPE while working in designated areas.
• Compare physical inventory counts against system records and identify discrepancies.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy before entering or submitting data.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, track, sort, filter, and validate inventory information.
• Update records, spreadsheets, reports, and inventory documentation as needed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or data issues to appropriate team members.
• Follow established inventory, data entry, food-handling-area, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with additional administrative, inventory, and data-management responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and general proficiency with business software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• • Data entry
  • Sorting and filtering
  • Basic formulas
  • Organizing and validating information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately perform physical inventory counts.
• Ability and willingness to work in and out of refrigerated/cold environments.
• Ability and willingness to wear required PPE.
• Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
• Strong time-management skills and dependability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Prior data entry or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
• NetSuite experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Training

Comprehensive training will be provided by our experienced NetSuite Data Entry Specialist during the first two weeks of employment.

Training will cover NetSuite data entry, inventory procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable workplace processes. Bilingual support is available throughout the training process.

Work Environment & PPE Requirements

This position requires a combination of office/computer work and work within inventory areas.

Candidates must be comfortable:

• Working around sausage and meat products.
• Frequently transitioning in and out of refrigerated/cold environments.
• Wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in designated areas.
• Following established workplace safety, sanitation, and inventory procedures.
• Moving throughout the facility as necessary to verify and document inventory.
