Project Accountant - Real Estate Development & Draws
Westminster
Westminster seeks a project accountant to support multiple development projects from construction through completion. You will manage A/P coding, bank reconciliations, and monthly draw packages while ensuring cost controls align with the budget. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 2 years of project accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with Yardi Construction preferred.
