Maintenance Mechanic

Adecco is hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for a position located in Oakdale / Escalon, CA, offering a competitive pay rate of $32.00 per hour. This role supports a heavy manufacturing/structural steel environment and is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment including CNC machines, forklifts, and welders. The ideal candidate is highly technical, self-motivated, and experienced in industrial maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on shop equipment + Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and other industrial equipment + Maintain forklifts, company vehicles, and trailers, including inspection logs + Coordinate maintenance activities with Production Manager and Shop Foreman + Track weekly inventory and lubrication (grease) logs for all machines + Conduct facility inspections and identify repair needs + Maintain accurate service and maintenance records + Follow all company safety standards and procedures + Perform additional duties as assigned + Experience maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing or steel environment + Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for CNC machines and shop equipment + Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems up to 480 volts + Experience working with hydraulics, motors, and control systems + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities + Experience with Beamlines, Plasma Tables, and Plate Processors + Background in crane and hoist repair + Experience repairing welders, forklifts, and diesel/tractor-trailer equipment + Relevant certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields **Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
