Seasonal/Temporary Material Handler – Days (M-F) Location: USA – Malta, 6 Stone Break Road Division: Solutions Time Type: Full Time Position Summary The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The associate also counts and inspects products, reports damages or discrepancies, and operates equipment safely and efficiently. This role is a 6‑month seasonal assignment ending on October 30th, 2026. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Picking Responsibilities Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders and stage them in the appropriate areas. Stack, package, band, shrink wrap, and label products according to client requirements. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all picking tasks. Quality Control Responsibilities Verify products meet quality standards and report any damages or discrepancies. Perform packaging, shrink wrapping, and labeling as required. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures. Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance Execute all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work area. Assist in the security of the warehouse. Comply with corporate, site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards. Equipment Operation Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Report equipment problems and upkeep. Follow prescribed work methods for equipment use. Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned. Other Duties Perform additional duties as assigned. Work overtime as required by business operations. Supervisory Responsibilities None Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. No required certifications. Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate within the warehouse. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Computer Skills – None required. Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal) Mathematical Skills – Basic to intermediate for verifying quantities, counting inventory, and other distribution tasks. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Current or prior MHE certification. Physical Demands Occasionally handle fingers, sit; frequently bend; constantly walk and stand. Lift, carry, or push/pull 21–50 pounds. Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel as required. Work Environment The work environment is typically low to moderate noise with rare exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Employees are rarely exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. Compensation The expected base pay rate is $24.75 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
