LEASE APPROVAL SPECIALIST

Job Details Job Location: 1082 W 7TH ST – LOS ANGELES, CA 90017 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly As a Leasing Approval Specialist, you will act as a liaison between potential residents and our team by attending to their inquiries and lease executions. This role is integral to the success and accuracy of the entire team. Reports To: Client Operations Manager How You Will Contribute Ensure all lease files are prepared and approved according to policy Follow qualifications procedures and assist clients with proving sufficient income documentation Facilitate resident lease signings within first 72 hours of approval Assist with answering overflow multi-lined phones and greeting clients Organizing shared calendars and pre-scheduling daily appointments Ensure leasing centers are clean and organized daily Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to the leasing staff and the Leasing Manager Provide weekly leasing and execution reports Ensure GHP pending application dashboard is completed weekly Regular and physical attendance is required The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks will be assigned. Professional Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a first-class customer service environment. Property Management experience a plus Real Estate experience is a plus Experience with Yardi and Knock is plus but not required Great with people – warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone Be extremely organized and have the ability to multitask Excellent oral and written skills are required High school diploma or GED required Bilingual a plus Qualifications Frequently move/traverse, ascend/descend stairs in/around apartment homes and community Constantly positions self to bend, stoop, reach, and lift Occasionally lift/move/carry up to 25 lbs. with/without assistance Frequently lift/move/carry 10 lbs. Consistently communicate, converse, and exchange information with coworkers, vendors, residents, and visitors Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operates the computer, 10-key, and other office productivity machinery. Consistently work in low to moderate noise levels. Scheduled Hours Must be available to work on weekends and holidays Shift schedule 9 am-6 pm and/or 10 am-7 pm 40 Hour weekly commitment required Cognitive or Mental Requirements Reading Writing Ability to communicate clearly Ability to deal with complex issues Attention to detail Eligibility Requirements Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be willing to submit to a background investigation Benefits Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, D.O.E.
