Company: Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Location: Post Falls, ID (Must travel between all office locations, including Hayden) Job Type: Full-Time Sign on bonus: $300.00 Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE) plus additional bonus opportunity Schedule: 32–36 hours per week (7:10 am to 5:20 pm Monday‑Friday, no weekends) Role Requirement Prior dental assisting or medical assisting experience is required. Reliable transportation and strict willingness to travel between clinic locations. Active BLS/CPR certification. Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental is a major plus). Excellent communication skills, teamwork mindset, and alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Pre‑employment drug screen required; adherence to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Assist the pediatric dentist during clinical procedures with a high level of efficiency and a gentle touch. Adapt smoothly to traveling and support operations across all office locations as scheduled. Use kid‑friendly language to ease dental anxieties and create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and their families.
