Join Our Caring CommunityAs a Float Medical Assistant, you will work at several clinics within our Georgia Market. This is an onsite outpatient setting. You will report to the Associate Operations Director.You will perform clinical duties such as:Discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signsMedication/vaccine administrationPhlebotomy and collecting specimensSterilizing/cleaning equipment and maintaining examination roomsDocumenting information into the electronic medical records systemUse your skills to make an impactRequired:Successful completion of MA school/training program and a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with 5+ years of experience and approval from ProviderHigh school diploma or equivalentCPR CertifiedThis role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.Preferred:Phlebotomy experience• Medication/vaccine administration experience1+ years of MA experienceValue Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam prior to foreign language communicationScheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $43,000 - $56,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
