Omni Commerce Lead

**The Omni Commerce** **Lead** is responsible for driving strategy, performance, and execution across omni-commerce programs, including the Same-Day Delivery, Pickup, Ship-to-Home, and Marketplace channels. This role leads initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth while continuously enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across all omni-channel offerings.Serves as a key cross-functional leader, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Digital Experience, Fulfillment, Operations, and external partners to identify growth opportunities, optimize channel performance, and deliver customer-centric solutions that align with enterprise objectives. Through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning, this role ensures omni-commerce programs are positioned to meet evolving customer needs while driving operational excellence.Combining business ownership, strategic planning, performance management, and cross-functional leadership, the Omni Commerce Lead is accountable for advancing omni-channel growth, improving customer adoption, and delivering seamless, scalable experiences that support BJ's long-term digital commerce strategy.**Key Responsibilities****Drive Omni Commerce Growth Initiatives**Develop business cases, define go-to-market and eCommerce strategies, and drive cross-functional execution to expand reach, accelerate growth, and enhance customer access.Own the omni-commerce marketplace strategy, leading the growth and optimization of existing partnerships, including DoorDash and Instacart, while identifying, evaluating, and launching new marketplace opportunities.**Manage Day-to-Day Channel Performance**Lead performance analysis across omni-channel programs, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth, optimize operations, and improve overall program effectiveness.**Optimize the Customer Purchase Journey**Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize the omni-channel customer journey, identifying and implementing enhancements across digital experiences and fulfillment capabilities that increase engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.**Execute Pricing, Promotions, and Merchandising Strategy**Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and merchandising initiatives across omni-commerce channels to drive customer engagement, sales performance, and operational alignment.**Track and Report Key Performance Metrics**Analyze KPIs including revenue, conversion, orders, AOV, customer engagement, and program adoption, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.**Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives**Foster strategic partnerships across Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Digital Experience, Fulfillment, and Operations to drive the successful delivery of omni-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, customer needs, and business growth objectives.**Channel Launches and Enhancements**Partner across business, product, technology, and operations teams to deliver new omni-channel capabilities and enhancements, ensuring launch readiness, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience.**Identify Opportunities for Continuous Improvement**Harness data-driven insights, customer feedback, and operational performance metrics to identify strategic opportunities, influence priorities, and drive initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational excellence.**Vendor and Partner Coordination**Drive strategic alignment across internal teams and external partners to accelerate the execution and continuous improvement of marketplace, delivery, and omni-commerce initiatives, supporting enterprise growth objectives and seamless customer experiences.**Business Reporting and Communication**Develop and deliver executive-ready reporting, performance analyses, and business updates that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.**Key KPIs*** Revenue / GMV* Orders and growth rate* Conversion rate* Average Order Value (AOV)* Customer acquisition and repeat rate* Program adoption* Customer satisfaction* Operational execution metrics**Qualifications*** 5-8 years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, merchandising, retail operations, or omni-channel business management* Experience supporting digital commerce or omni-channel programs in a retail or consumer-focused environment preferred* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive business decisions* Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional initiatives* Understanding of digital commerce fundamentals including conversion, customer journey optimization, promotions, and merchandising* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Effective communication and collaboration skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytics tools* Experience with Same Day Delivery, Pickup, Ship to Home, or Marketplace programs preferred* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
