Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, a leading provider of post-acute and long-term care in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff

• Assisting with mobility and transfers, as well as incontinence care

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing emotional support and compassion to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Pennsylvania

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
