Location: Mossville, Illinois, USA | Type: W2, Full-Time, CTC | Experience: 10 years

Key Responsibilities

Manage supply chain risk mitigation for single-sourced electrical machines and components through collaboration with purchasing teams
Develop dealer solutions for field issues and provide comprehensive product support
Support production targets through APQP processes, deviation management, and issue resolution
Lead projects from requirements management through supplier selection, validation, and issue resolution

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; open to Associate's with 12+ years or Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience
8-10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering (internships do not count toward experience requirement)
Experience with electric machines and electrification technologies
Strong background working with suppliers and managing supply chain relationships
Proficiency in APQP/Quality processes and risk management methodologies
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Tools including Teams and Excel
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project leadership abilities
Strong organizational skills with proven task prioritization and management capabilities
