- Administering or assisting with the self-administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, in compliance with state regulations and upon completion of required training/certification.
- Monitoring and reporting residents' responses to medication to your supervisor.
- Keeping the medication supply room organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Conducting medication cart audits and maintaining accurate medication counts.
- Communicating with pharmacies to ensure timely delivery of medications.
