We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling cash transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive fun experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.

• Handle cash payments securely.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

• Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their needs.

• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be 21 years old

• Previous experience in bartending or security roles is a plus, 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Must pass background check
