Packaging Machine Operator

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and growth with a strong, team-focused company. Schedule:
- Training: 8: 00 AM – 4: 00 PM
- After training (rotating shifts):
- Week 1: 6: 00 AM – 2: 00 PM
- Week 2: 2: 00 PM – 10: 00 PM
- Set up machines based on production orders
- Perform checks to ensure machine settings are correct
- Feed materials into machines and monitor production
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed
- Dependable and committed to long-term employment
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Hands-on and comfortable working with machinery
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Stable work history (4+ years with a previous employer preferred)
