OR Nuse Manager

Location: Hendersonville, TN 37075 Salary: $90,000 – $136,000 annually Sign-On Bonus: Available Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour Day Shifts | No Regular Weekends or Call We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a nursing unit in Hendersonville, TN. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting staff development, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining 24/7 departmental accountability. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff and patient care delivery Support staffing coordination, workflow management, and departmental performance Serve as a role model for evidence-based practice and quality care standards Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes Assist with staffing coverage as needed to support unit operations Promote staff development, engagement, and retention Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state required Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience required Prior clinical leadership experience required (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Lead experience accepted) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment Why Join Us?
