Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee final product inspection and quality control.
• Manage and schedule finishing department personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Train and mentor finishing line operators.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
