Managing client relationships and leading the Client Services team, the full-time remote eDiscovery Client Services Manager will oversee project management, ensure client satisfaction, and drive service delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Lead the hiring, training, and development of the Client Services team while ensuring overall team success and customer satisfaction Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery and addressing project-related issues Coordinate project initiatives, drive process improvements, and maintain communication regarding project objectives and client deliverables Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support roles within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills with a focus on motivating team members Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and related legal document review requirements Bachelor's degree; graduate degrees such as JD or MBA and relevant certifications are preferred
