Job Description Lead estate planning consultations and guide families toward personalized solutions. Build trusted, lasting relationships with clients throughout the planning process. Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Manage estate planning matters independently from initial consultation through document execution. Explain complex legal concepts clearly and help clients make informed decisions. Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure exceptional client service. Participate in client events, educational seminars, and community outreach initiatives. Help improve firm processes while maintaining high standards of legal accuracy and service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing. 4+ years of directly relevant estate planning attorney experience. Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate planning documents, and related probate matters. Experience conducting client consultations and managing client relationships. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team. WealthCounsel experience is a plus.
