Job Overview
This innovative healthcare facility focused on holistic, patient-centered care, are actively seeking a compassionate, board-certified Primary Care Physician to join the dynamic team. This role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social aspects of health.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care within the standard of care, integrating holistic approaches into treatment plans.
- Order and interpret lab and radiology tests, and refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Review medical records, test results, and examinations to diagnose conditions and create treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and recommend lifestyle changes to support patient recovery and preventive health.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with federal and state laws.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in prescribing medications and developing treatment plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with specialists for comprehensive care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to compassionate patient care.
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution.
- Current New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA licenses.
Compensation & Benefits
