Staffing Recruiter (In House)

Job Description Monday- Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) General Summary of Duties: Seeking a Staffing Recruiter that is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing staff for various positions from (General Labor to Skilled and Clerical/Administrative). Tasks and Responsibilities: Source/recruit potential candidates through all applicable sites; including cold calling, internet posting and search engines (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, Cal Jobs, etc.), social media outlets, networking, employee referrals, etc. Complete hiring process, post and submit job postings online and schedule candidate interview. Dispatch associates to different client companies. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. Compile and update employee records. Schedule appointments for potential associates to complete application/interview process. Verify proper completion of applications and documents (E-verify). Conduct interviews; assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open vacancies. Match qualified candidates to open positions, extend job offers, and dispatch associates to client company. Data entry and filling of daily applications and other documentation. Required Skills/Abilities: MUST have experience working in the Staffing Industry or human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong sense of urgency. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize daily tasks and able to meet deadlines. Professional, self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of sourcing/recruiting, basic HR functions (labor laws, regulations/compliance and guidelines). #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
