Schedule: Every other weekend required; scheduling meets departmental needs with flexibility to work all sections of the emergency department

• Work in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and pediatric emergency setting serving over 100,000+ visits annually
• Patient ratios: 4:1 for medical patients, up to 7:1 for behavioral health holds; supported by techs, unit clerks, and specialized teams
• Cerner documentation system with state-of-the-art equipment including Baxter pumps and GE monitors
• No floating outside of the ED; flexibility to work across all emergency department sections
• Sign-on and relocation bonus available

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an emergency department setting
• Experience in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED (100,000+ visits) preferred
• Required certifications before start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• Teamwork mentality with ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
