Speech Language Pathologist - Rehab

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to work at a facility in Dix Hills, NY. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $78 / hour

Shift details:

• Sunday-Saturday

• 20hrs/week

Job Duties:

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide speech and language therapy sessions

• Help improve communication, pronunciation, and comprehension

• Treat swallowing and feeding difficulties

• Teach alternative communication methods (e.g., devices, gestures)

• Educate patients and families

• Document patient progress and update records

• Collaborate with healthcare or school teams

• Adjust therapy plans based on patient needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• **At least one year (12 months) of experience as a ** Speech Language Pathologist

• A valid and current license issued by the state of NY

• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
