Maintenance Technician - HVAC & Appliances Expert (On-Call)

Summit Property Management is actively seeking Maintenance Technicians across all DFW locations. The role entails completing work orders and various community maintenance tasks to uphold high standards in appearance and safety. Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, an EPA universal HVAC license (preferred) and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Bilingual candidates are a plus.
