The Role We are hiring an Acquisitions Assistant to manage incoming leads from property sellers. This is not a sales or cold-calling position. Every lead is a warm, inbound inquiry from a homeowner responding directly to our advertising. Your job is to respond instantly, qualify the property, build rapport with the seller, and set appointments for our senior acquisitions team. Schedule Monday and Wednesday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (optimized for evening homeowner inquiries) Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible and alternating options available) Friday and Sunday: Off Please review the schedule carefully before applying; these hours are a core requirement of the role.
