As a Maritime Systems Manager, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for maritime systems support the DOW. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, and plan to complex maritime mission demands. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You Have:Experience with writing high-level Department of War documentation such as concepts of operation (CONOPs)Experience in driving performance management, accountability, and professional growth in high-demand operational environmentsExperience establishing performance metrics and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-makingExperience leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, improving operational performance, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing personnel, and executing strategic growth initiatives.Experience building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and executing mission-critical operations in dynamic environmentsExperience implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, standardize operations, and improve reporting accuracy across multiple commandsAbility to analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentationsAbility to manage Subject Matter Experts, delivering reference-based and hands-on training to Department of War personnel for unmanned maritime systemsSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience with unmanned maritime systems and current operational requirementsExperience directing strategic initiatives and modernization efforts that enhance mission effectivenessExperience with long-range planning, prioritization, and aligning operational goals with senior military leadership guidanceAbility to lead organizational change initiatives while maintaining workforce engagementTop Secret clearanceClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
