Fleet Mechanic

Rossco Crane & Rigging is looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic to help keep our cranes, trucks, and heavy equipment operating safely and reliably. We’re looking for a skilled individual who takes pride in quality work, enjoys diagnosing and repairing equipment, and is committed to keeping our fleet ready for every job. Requirements Inspect, diagnose, and repair cranes, trucks, trailers, and other heavy equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep the fleet operating safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues. Complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize equipment downtime. Conduct equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Work closely with operators and field personnel to keep equipment job-ready. Assist with welding, fabrication, and other shop repairs as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Join Team Rossco. Be part of something big.
