Farmers Insurance Division 86 is hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Representative for the Mission Viejo / South Orange County area. We're looking for producers who already know the industry and are ready to do more with it. You'll step into an established agency environment with a warm client base, Farmers' full marketing and systems support, and a compensation structure that actually rewards performance.

What You'll Earn

• Base salary plus commission — total comp $50,000–$90,000+ annually
• Sign on Bonus
• Performance bonuses tied to results

What You'll Do

• Consult with personal and commercial lines clients on the right coverage solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle — quoting, presenting, and binding policies
• Cross-sell and round out existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue
• Build referral relationships and grow your book of business

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty License or willing to obtain
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience — P&C preferred
• Background at State Farm, AAA, Allstate, or an independent agency is a strong plus
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Based in or near Mission Viejo and South Orange County — this is an on-site role
