Description
As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional assistance through online chat. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using chat platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
