Solution Architect

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Onsite – Local or Willing to Relocate)

Duration: 6–12 Months

Work Authorization: preference USC

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions. This role requires strong expertise in UiPath architecture and hands-on development, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor development teams, and drive automation best practices while delivering high-quality RPA solutions.

Required Skills

8+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years.
Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Reframe work, Document Understanding, Integration Services, and Agentic Automation.
Experience designing enterprise-scale automation architectures.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL,.NET/VB.NET, exception handling, logging, queues, and transaction management.
Experience building reusable automation frameworks and performing technical/code reviews.
Exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams.
UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect Certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI-powered automation.
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, OCR, and Machine Learning integrations.
Knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or other RPA tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Understanding of automation governance, security, and enterprise best practices.
