PAY RANGE BasePayRate: $45,032.00 annually Incentive Compensation: Uncapped*, varies based on individual performance Transition Package During Ramp up *Uncapped earning potential aligns with market benchmarks. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, which includes the ability to self-generate in the range of $20 million or more in annual mortgage volume. Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in relationship management, problem resolution, and high-touch customer service. Strong sales skills including prospecting, referral development, negotiation, and pipeline management. Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate.
