divh2Sales Associate/h2pSales Associates work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. Sales Associates are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings./ppWe are an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. The Sales Associate will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner./ppOngoing Leadership Development Program and industry events/ppOne on One mentorship/ppThree months of structured training to learn the Paul Davis Way/ppAccess to Paul Davis University and regular training opportunities/ppCell phone and computer provided by the company/ppCompany vehicle and gas reimbursement/ppPTO and sick days with a flexible schedule/ppBase + commission. Our current ERCs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on their production. No limit to earning potential./ppAbility to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most/ppProficient with a variety of current technology/ppCareer emphasis on learning and continuing education/ppSound planning and organizational skills/ppExcellent communication and presentation skills/ppValid Drivers license and satisfactory driving record required/ppRelevant experience/ppBe familiar with assigned territory/ppResponsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need/ppMonitors interprets and responds to lead sources/ppEstablish and maintain positive relationships in the local community/ppVolunteer non-operational time to related community events/ppOn-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled/ppMarketing/ppAchieve and remain current in required certifications/ppProvide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner/ppSupport franchisee and franchisor organizational mission, vision, and value statement/ppSelf-motivated to get results/ppLoves working people in need of assistance/ppIs organized, but flexible.
