Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Keep certification current during your employment.
