Join us, and you'll find not just a job but a chance to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.ResponsibilitiesAs an Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for uploading physical inventory counts for all stores, as well as working in conjunction with AP, Purchasing, IT, and DC Operations to verify inventory integrity and making corrections as needed. This position also reports on various aspects of the business as needed, helping to aide in decision making and improvements in practices.Responsible for analyzing inventory data to report findings from store, DC, and internet inventories on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Research missed receiving for AP and DLPS.Aid DLPS in research and analysis of inventory variances.Support stores with questions about receiving and inventory.Create and analyze reports essential for inventory research and the 1301 account.Assist with duplicate payment into the shrink account.Assist with creating and implementing SOPs for receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.Work alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence every day.Act as a trusted internal partner across departments to collaborate on initiatives projecting positive business outcomes.Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsAt least 3 years of data analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.Physical RequirementsAbility to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.Ability to navigate and access all facilities.Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.Close vision for computer-related activities.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $48,700 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
