Skilled Carpet & Flooring Installer – Immediate Hiring
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay: $25–$35 per hour, DOE
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Location: Manchester, NH
Start Date: Immediately
Job Description
We are hiring a Skilled Carpet & Flooring Installer with 3+ years of professional flooring installation experience .
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience installing and removing various types of flooring, with strong experience in carpet installation and repair .
Job Duties
- Install, repair, and remove various types of flooring, including carpet, wood, tile, vinyl, and linoleum
- Remove old flooring and dispose of debris
- Prepare, clean, level, and repair subfloors
- Install tack strips and carpet padding
- Measure, cut, lay, stretch, and secure carpet
- Trim carpet edges along walls
- Reinstall baseboards and trim as needed
- Perform flooring repairs and finishing work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Clean up the job site after completing installations
Requirements
- 3+ years of flooring installation experience
- Strong carpet installation experience preferred
- Must have your own tools
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Clean background
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and ready to start immediately
